Loan Position: 1st and 2nd Trust Deeds

Property Types: Non-owner occupied Residential (Single Family, Condo, PUD,) Retail, office, Industrial, Mobile Home Park, Self-Storage, and Mixed Use.

Geographic Location: Southern California

Loan Amount: $25,000 and up

Interest Rate: 11.50% and up

Loan Fee: 2.75%. (Mininum $1,200.00) 

Terms: 3 to 18 months

Loan to Value (LTV/CLTV): 65-70%

Other Costs: Appraisal and third party costs such as title, insurance and escrow.
